![]() ![]() Looking into this, I found that while Steam wasn't open in the processes tab, it was still open in details. I tried closing all Steam processes in task manager and opening steam but it changed nothing.Īfter this, I uninstalled steam and tried downloading it fresh from the Steam website, but it asked me to close Steam before continuing. Clicking the icon would make it light up but fade out without doing anything.
